Taeler DeHaes + Jordan Dugger + Erin Dimond · Columbus, May 2026

What You're Probably Wondering.

Every question we anticipated from the FCA community — answered directly.
What exactly happened — did Taeler sell FCA?
The opposite. Taeler acquired IFCA — Impact Fitness Coaching Academy. She bought one of the most proven fitness coaching education companies in the industry and is now its owner and operator. FCA is her company; she grew it and built it. IFCA is the company she chose to acquire and lead. This is not a merger of equals. Taeler is the buyer, IFCA is what she bought.
What is IFCA — I've never heard of it?
IFCA — Impact Fitness Coaching Academy — was founded by Jordan Dugger and Erin Dimond. It has trained over 4,000 health, fitness, and nutrition coaches. 590+ of those coaches have quit their jobs. 650+ hit $10K/month. 170+ hit $40K/month. It is the most systemized fitness coaching education platform in this industry. The reason Taeler pursued it is because she already knew it worked — she used the same methodology to build FCA. Now she owns the source.
Is FCA going away?
The FCA community and culture you know is being carried forward — but FCA as a standalone offer will be retired over the coming months. You'll have a clear path to transition into the IFCA ecosystem, which is a significant upgrade in resources, curriculum depth, and coaching infrastructure. Think of it as a graduation, not a discontinuation. Taeler will walk through the exact timeline with you directly.
What happens to my current FCA contract and payments?
Every FCA contract is fully honored — terms, payment schedule, enrollment terms. All of it. Taeler personally oversaw this condition as part of the acquisition. You are not being renegotiated or asked to upgrade before you're ready. If you want your specific terms confirmed in writing, reach out to the FCA team and they'll send them to you.
Will I still have access to Taeler?
Yes — more so than before. Taeler is now the full-time operator of a single company. Before this acquisition, she was building FCA while managing everything herself. Now she has a full team, a full infrastructure, and one focused mission. That means she can show up for students in a way that a solo founder stretching across two businesses simply cannot. She is more available now, not less.
Who are Jordan and Erin — why should I trust them?
Jordan Dugger and Erin Dimond are the founders of IFCA. They built the company over eight years, trained 4,000+ coaches, and produced some of the most documented results in this industry. They didn't sell to the highest bidder. They chose Taeler specifically because of her values, her track record, and her commitment to the IFCA student community. They'll remain available through a 90-day transition — and they'll be answering questions alongside Taeler in the coming weeks.
Why did Taeler buy IFCA instead of just growing FCA?
Because the infrastructure IFCA had built was something that would have taken years to recreate from scratch — and Taeler knew it worked because she'd already built FCA using the same methodology. Acquiring IFCA meant getting the team, the curriculum, the systems, and the track record in one move. And it meant every FCA student immediately gained access to 8 years of proven infrastructure instead of waiting for it to be built. It was the right decision for both communities.
What does IFCA actually teach — is it different from FCA?
IFCA's flagship program is the Accelerator — a 6-month coaching education program covering client acquisition, offer design, sales systems, content, and scaling. The methodology is the same framework Taeler used to build FCA. The difference is depth and infrastructure: 8 years of refinement, a full success coach team, a back-end program path (Legacy and 7-Figure CEO containers), and documented results across 4,000+ coaches. You're stepping into a bigger, more proven system — not a different one.
Will I have a success coach or 1-on-1 support?
Yes. IFCA has a full success coach team led by Kevin Hamidi. Every student in the IFCA ecosystem has access to a dedicated success coach — this is a core part of how IFCA delivers results. FCA students transitioning into IFCA will be assigned to the success coach team as part of their transition. The 1-on-1 support model is not going away — it's being expanded.
What's my path forward as an FCA student?
Your existing FCA contract is honored as-is. When the time comes to transition into the IFCA ecosystem, Taeler's team will reach out with a clear plan — your success coach placement, your curriculum access, your path forward. Nothing is being forced or rushed. The goal is a smooth, well-supported transition that sets you up better than you were before. You'll hear from Taeler directly as that process develops.
Is this going to feel like a completely different company?
The face at the top is the same one you already know — Taeler. The community culture of FCA, the relationship-first approach, the accountability and support — those don't evaporate because the company name changed. What you're gaining is more: more infrastructure, more curriculum depth, more peer community from 4,000+ IFCA-trained coaches, and a company that has been refining its systems for 8 years. It's more of what you came for, not less.
